WORK WITH US

Important Notice for Facilitators & Prospective Partners

At AlSoph Trading Company, we take due diligence seriously and expect the same from those looking to do business with us. We do not engage with brokers who merely act as middlemen or email-forwarders without direct ties to end buyers or sellers.

Before proceeding, please carefully review the following to determine if a partnership with AlSoph Trading Company is a good fit for you.

1) Direct Engagement — No Long Broker Chains

We strictly avoid long broker chains and only collaborate with individuals who have a direct relationship with their principal (end buyer or seller). Anyone working with us must be willing to undergo our due diligence and KYC procedures—no exceptions. While industry experience is not mandatory, adherence to professional standards and processes is non-negotiable.

We frequently receive inquiries from individuals who claim to be "well-connected" to buyers or sellers, but proximity alone is insufficient. Many transactions fall apart due to a lack of transparency, poor verification practices, or misplaced trust in unreliable intermediaries. To protect our reputation, AlSoph Trading Company conducts thorough in-house vetting before engaging in any transaction.

2) Understanding NCNDAs & IMFPAs

Many inexperienced brokers request an NCNDA (Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement) or an IMFPA (Master Fee Protection Agreement) prematurely. Be aware that most NCNDAs and IMFPAs in circulation are unofficial and not recognized by the ICC. We are open to signing legitimate agreements, but they must comply with ICC publication 769 E. Any document falsely claiming ICC recognition under codes such as ICC 400/500/600 is counterfeit.

Additionally, genuine mandates are protected by the issuing companies. Anyone requesting an NCNDA without valid credentials raises red flags.

Moreover, AlSoph Trading Company does not sign NCNDAs with every broker who claims to have direct access to buyers or sellers. To establish credibility, you must provide verifiable company details, including a corporate profile, registered business address, and professional contact information. Generic email domains such as Gmail or Yahoo are typically filtered out.

3) Commodity Expertise is Essential

If you intend to broker deals in commodities, a fundamental understanding of the products you're dealing with is mandatory.

Additionally, familiarity with trade documentation—such as Incoterms, Bank Guarantees (BGs), Performance Bonds (PBs), Letters of Credit (LCs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Orders (ICPOs)—is expected. These documents serve critical roles and can only be issued by authorized entities.

4) Professionalism Matters

Reputable sellers prefer working with brokers who maintain a professional image, which includes an active online presence, official contact details, and a verifiable office address.

Unprofessional inquiries—such as those starting with "Please send pictures and past performance first"—often indicate a lack of due diligence and will not be entertained. AlSoph Trading Company does not engage in transactions where key buyer or seller details are vague or unverifiable.

Additionally, requesting past performance records is both unprofessional and legally questionable, as such information is confidential and does not guarantee future success.

Before forwarding any inquiries to our team, we expect brokers and facilitators to conduct proper verification and ensure all information is relevant and accurate. Upholding professional standards is a fundamental responsibility in this business.
